Who is the best player in the 14th Region?
#1
Who is it? Why?
#2
Are you going by ppg or overall stats?

PPG = Hillary Moore -Leslie County
PPG, Assists, 3pt shooting = Kelah Eldridge - Letcher County Central
PPG, Rebounds, Steals = Kendall Noble - Breathitt County
PPG, Rebounds, Blocks = Maris Hoove - June Buchanan

They are several more to mention all stats are not posted by teams so its kinda hard to narrow down the top player...
#3
Kendall Noble - Breathitt County

When you take everything into acount it has to be KENDALL NOBLE.
When I say everything I mean points, rebounds, blocks, who they play, and thier supporting cast.
Kendall plays as hard of a schedule as anyone in the state and has to do more for her team than any of these other girls. Moore and Hovee don't play near the schedules that Noble plays and the girl from LCC isn't the best player on her team on many nights so there is a lot more support for her.

Easily, Kendall Noble, and has been since she was in the 7th grade and will be until she graduates. It is not even close.

Kendall Noble.

Not talking about stats or PPG but both are important. The eye test is the best indicator.

Kendall Noble and Maris Hovee are at the top.
#9
Kendall Noble obviously!
#10
I would have to say Nobel, but I feel her supporting cast isn't as good as Eldridge. I think that will hurt Nobel come tournament time.

My Priorities are:
1)God
2)Family
3)Cougar Athletics!

Everything else doesn't matter![/COLOR]

I agree LCC has 7 or 8 quality players all could start for any team in the 14th...

I think that Brooke Bowling, the Senior Starting PG for the Lee Co Lady Bobcats, is one of the best players in the Region! She averages about 11-12 points per game and she also has to be the leader and run all the plays! And I think averaging 11-12 a game with 7-8 players getting significant playing time every game is pretty good! And she is the main reason why the Lady Bobcats are off to their best start in about 13 years!

Nope, she's a senior this year.
#15
Kendall Noble
Maris Hovee
Mika Turner
Kayla Rankin
Peyton Wright
*** Eldridge
#16
When the going gets tough, I'd go with Whitney Back. She finds a way to win. Athletic and Smart as a tack.

PG - Whitney Back
2G- Hillary Moore
3 - Kendall Noble
4 - Kayla Rankin
5 - Big Girl from Breathitt or Maris Hovee

I'd rather have Owsley's Peyton Wright or Mika Turner than Maris Hovee (although she is a good player). Both are better players, and are averaging over 20 ppg and avaerage around 14 rebounds.

You're probably thinking of her sister Whitney. She graduated either last year or the year before.
#19
I think that Stevie Rogers from Powell County is a great player and leader for her team. She is averaging like 18 to 20 points a game.
#20
Noble from Breathitt

Rankin from PCC

Wright from Owsley

Top 3 in the region.

After seeing Turner and Wright dominate Hovee and JBS in the All A finals I would have to agree with you. Turner is the best senior in the region, and Wright is one of the top 5 players in the region.
