Who are some the best Freshman in the 13th region? Keep it clean and give your reason as the why you think they are some of the best.

The 13th Region is a VERY experienced region. Many teams are starting 2 or 3 seniors alongside Juniors and 3rd year (basketball, not 3rd year of high school) Sophomores.

With that said, Madden from North Laurel isn't bad. I can't think of any others off the top of my head.

I would tend to agree about your statement to the 13th being inexperienced. I seem to be seeing alot of what appears to be very young talent across the 13th. The girl from North is pretty good, I think Knox starts a Fr. guard that is pretty good as well, Mills? Whitley has a couple of good Fr. as well.
