#1
they're finally playing ball.............:Cheerlead

after all thr trouble that was caused by them not playing summer ball, and then saying they weren't going to play at all come the season, and now coming out for the team a week into things, will this be a concern for the DAWGS and team chemistry, since the team has already been set?
#3
Just shoes that there is no point in trying out for basketball in this state..

Just shows that there is no point in trying out for basketball in this state..

I think that it will mess with the team chemistry a little bit but id say they wil be great additions to the team.
#6
glad to c they can play i hope they keep there head on strait and dont cause trouble
#7
If there coach let them come out and play after missing try outs other kids from Hazard should come out for the team.
#8
i guess thats true i mite transfer and play if u can do that
#9
lol yeah they would have to let you if they let those two.

It will help the team in the long term but If I was a player that they took minutes away from I would be upset. If they just now started it will take a couple of games to get into basketball shape and then they will become a good team. When I played it really would have hurt the team chemistry but players know of days are playing for themselves not the team so as long as everyone shots 100 shots a game they won't care.

Yeah I agree. I wouldnt only be upset if I was a player that they take minutes from but if I was someone that came out and put time into try outs and got cut unless everyone that tried made the team.
#12
well they r good football players and had great chemistry on the field....lets see if they have that same chemistry and confidence on the hardwood
#13
chuck and durell thats all to be said .....hazard is gonna be tough for nebody to beat!!

They weren't just let on the team, it was kinda a political move by HIGHER UPS who forced the head man's hand. NOW, I do know that the team voted on this too, and after a good discussion, they agreed to allow them on the team.

I can guarantee you this, coach Spurlock, regardless of who forced the hand, is a smart enough man, and a cool-headed enough man, to handle this situation the very best way, and in the long run, will keep his DAWGS in line and in the running for another All "A" regional championship AND a district and overall regional championship!

MARK MY WORDS!!!!
