Congratulations to the girls! As far as the team rankings, I can agree with most, but East Ridge got snubbed BAD (based on what I saw and heard during summer ball). JMO

By the way...I'm not from East Ridge.

FIRST thing I thought when I saw the listings and I AM from East Ridge but I'm a realistic fan. Sheldon Clark and Betsy Layne will be really tough competition for the Warriors and I don't doubt that they would lose games against those teams but I can't completely count them on against any of those other 8 teams. Last season they weren't phenomenal but they did not show the talent that they really had. This season they return everyone and come with a coach who I am more confident in. Maybe being left off from Cats Pause's rankings will only motivate them. What can you do? They're not on there but they'll win games against those teams regardless.

I'm not trying to sabbotage this thread with the East Ridge comments....but from what I can remember, East Ridge tore it up this summer. I can give Cats Pause a break, because I'm sure they do not take summer ball into account. I'll get off of this subject now.

I agree with you. I heard really good things about their summer ball season this year as well. On topic, the Cats Pause players rankings look good.

You should take your comedy show on the road since you are so good with directions.

Don't count out Paintsville. They return VanHoose, Jarrell and look for Krissy Halm to step up a little more this year. I also look for a few of the younger Lady Tigers to play much better with the experiance they got last year...ie....Carroll, Hansford and Sammons.
JC will be down, But, a lot of kids will get some good time this season and they will be back in the mix next season.
That being said IMHO, it is still SCs to loose though for the next 2 years. They are just flat loaded and well coached.

The Lady warriors were 13-3 during the summer and went undeafeated in the Pikeville college camp. But summer ball means nothing as most teams are missing players as ER was. The Cats Pause rankings are based on what you did last year and on what local newspaper writers put on the surveys they receive.

Hannah Thompson belongs on this list imo
