Kentucky is not a state that the Hoosiers have spent much time recruiting the last few years, but that appears to be changing as Bill Lynch and his staff are after several prospects from the Bluegrass State. One in particular they have targeted is 6-foot-2, 290-pound OL/DL Harris Bivin from Owensboro (KY) Apollo H.
