I hunted 2 years (many years ago) before I killed my first one, but it was an 8 point

I killed my first deer, not the first time hunting, but the first year. It was only a four point, but I was 10 and I shoot off-handed. I was actually asleep right before and my dads friend woke me up and said there's a deer. Then, BOOM. I don't sleep while hunting anymore though.

Beginner's luck is what they call it, I decided to go, bought a new gun.....first time out I killed a 10 point buck..biggest & nicest one I ever got.
