Chris Dowe scored 14 points, Lyonell Gaines had 12 points and six rebounds and Delquan Thomas added 10 points, six rebounds and four steals to lead Eastern.
Melvyn Little had 19 points and six rebounds to lead Trinity (22-8), which shot just 34.5 percent (10 of 29) in the second half.

Eastern played terrible for most of this game, taking bad shots, and not getting out on shooters. They turned it up in the fourth quarter and that was the difference. They'll need to step it up tonight against J'Town if they want to keep playing.
