Does this district seed or draw?

I think they draw

The 14th I think has two district that seed, the 53rd and the 56th. The 56th has been seeding for over 25 years. All schools agree with it, and when Wolfe County was in the district (they're now in the non-seeded 55th) they did too. The seeding makes both season district games mean a lot, almost like a tournament game. Good crowds most the time too. Owsley County is the smallest school in the 56th, but they agree with the seeding, and have held their own over the years with the bigger schools (9 district championships).

Either way, they way Breathitt has been playing this district is up for grabs!

With the way breathitt is coaching anyone can win that district. Breathitt county should be a stand out with the team they have, breathitt has as much talent as any team in the region.

Jackson City and Wolfe would be the best matchup. Breathitt should beat both of these teams easily, but you never know the way they are so up and down this year. I do agree that all districts should be made seed their districts. This gets the best teams to the region and also makes the games mean a whole lot more during the season.
