St. Henry battled back from a 31-23 halftime deficit to knock off Lloyd. The Crusaders were led by senior Cameron Speed, who finished with a game-high 18 points and had a trio of others - Scott Volz, David Zumdick, Benny Bessler - added eight points a piece.
The Juggernauts led for most of the first three quarters, but were outscored 30-15 in the second half. Randy Tackett and Donnie Cheatum each scored 11 points for Lloyd in the loss.
St. Henry advances to the other semifinal game against Newport Central Catholic at 8 p.m. Friday. NewCath defeated Bellevue in its first-round game.
