Keep working hard Tigers!! What else can you say? Of course we all know that Rose Hill is good and I wouldn't have expected Paintsville to win this one on the road. But the Tigers are going to have to learn to score off opportunities if they want to win ballgames. Sheldon Clark tried everything they could, literally over and over and over, to give that game to the Tigers and the Tigers just couldn't nail down the shots given them. Then against a weak Riverside Christian team, I watched the Tigers shoot the ball at least 7 times on a single possession and finally scored. You won't get 7 tries against better competition. Until the Tigers can score off these opps, shoot better and close the deal, they are in for a long season. The Defense isn't that bad, but it takes points to win games. The Tigers could be IMO around 3rd or 4th in the district but the way they are playing right now, they are without a doubt 5th!!!
