Well I just got back from the game, and prestonsburg played good all night..this is the best game I have watched this year by the cats by far....I know that doesnt sound like much but really they all played together......The only thing that hurt pburg was SC ran full back dive 17....thats to the left if no one knows.....and we had 2 freshman playing on the left side and SC keyed on that all night....ANOTHER thing that really hurt us was the QB sneak up the gut during the 1st half.....he gained a tremendous amount of yards, but the line wasnt crashing down fast enough and I guess at half time defensive coaches talked about that and we stopped it in the 2nd half.......0-5 can someone please check and see when the last time prestonsburg started 0-5? please

I agree FB05, they played the best they have played all year and IMO they dominated this game everywhere except the scoreboard. I think the freshmen played fine, they both made a lot of tackles and had some good licks.
Pentaltys are what killed Prestonsburg. They had several unsportsmanlikes, one of which cost them the game IMO. Hamilton and Peters ran there heart's out tonight, neither of them would go down. Not sure on how many yards Peters had, but im sure it was well over 100. Hamilton was a load, I'd like to have the count on how many tackles he broke. The coaching strategy worked well, putting Shaffer at TE, gave them that extra block when they needed it, but could have used him more in play action. Keep your heads up guys, you played great tonight, just have to keep the penalties down.

Last I can remember was in 1999, P-burg started 0-4.

Starting to get outrageous now, 0-5 is just laughable now... maybe they will step it up in the playoffs, if by chance they make it to the playoffs.

Nah, i didnt attend this game, I cant watch them play anymore, i almost threw up after the pikeville and paintsville games, i cant handle my team being that bad, i just cant comprehend how it could happen i guess. I will be at the Belfry game but besides that i'm not wasting gas money.

Im actually surprised that The Burg isnt doin so hot... even when my Dad was there, they never had a year this bad, and that was in 84'. I was talkin to Kelly Moore the other day, and he said that they dont have any Senior Leadership. That would explain alot of stuff. You need Seniors out there on the field to keep the Boys in Line.
All i can say, is Watch Out Burg.... You bout to get Scalped.

Buddy they better start fast is all I can say

I think these next few weeks will be different for P-burg. These games have more riding on them. District games are huge. I think P-burg can still make a run for the district championship, but they would have to win out and hope SC loses along the line.

In order for Pburg to win the district:
#1....BEAT BELFRY
#2....Belfy has to beat SC
