First district game for both and first ever for the Black Bears. I'll take Harlan County in this one by two touchdowns.
Best of luck to both!

Harlan Co. is on track to go big the rest of the year. Fleming Co. will be suprized. Now that Harlan Co. has tasted victory the sky is the limit. Go gett'em BLACKBEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a long bus ride there, but I believe that the Black Bear's will pull this one off. They looked awfully good against Lynn Camp. The score could have gotten carried away, I believe that Coach Larkey played very conservative for our first win.
THe Black Bears are ready for their first district win! :letsparty

Fleming has some talent. But Harlan County has the consolidation card up their sleeve. Harlan County pulls away by two or three TDs.

I just do not see that at all. I think within twelve is as good as Fleming Co. can muster. Harlan Co. is the real deal. They got talent all over the field and a coach who is going to have his team ready. I think with this win they start to get the credit they are finally due. Mountain Top Ten in my eyes already its just not on paper.

Just how far is it? Coach Larkey may have to pull that big caravan of buses over about half way and do some sprints on the side of the road or something! :p

yeah, I know I don't think the stands will be able to hold everyone, you know the way Harlan is, whenever there's a good game somewhere in the county, every and the mamaws, great mamaws, brothers, sisters, cousins, uncles, aunts, best friends and their families come out haha! I'm sure proud of the boys so far, and wish them luck tomorrow night!!
