KentuckyPreps.com continues it's look at the Top 5 players in each region. Today we look at Region 12. Last season we saw Ryan Young and Noah Keeton lead Lincoln County to the KHSAA Sweet 16. Those two are gone, but Region 12 still has talent, including a junior-to-be who has be considered one of the best players in the region since he was in the eighth grade. Here is the Top 5.
