So Lex Cath has had their way with two 6A teams in scrimmages. Interesting.

Both teams they scrimmaged lost a crap ton of production from the year before including both QBs, but whenever you beat middle of the pack 6A teams that bad as a 3A team, it’s hard not to say they are right where they need to be.

Wasik knowing he’s the QB all summer instead of just having to step in after a few games means they could be dangerously good on offense.

Catholic scored on every possession in the first half and the varsity defense only gave up one first down a roughing the passer penalty.

Agreed Simon Kenton isnt much better than Lafayette, it is still a little surprising.

we’ll see pretty early. At Ballard week 1 is not going to be easy, but I think they’ll win. Boyle will be the game I really would pay attention to. If they can keep that competitive or win I think there’s a huge problem for some teams in 3A come November
