Also got a combo guard out of Whitley Co who will be a Junior this upcoming season.
Then through the foreign exchange program, a 6'2 guard out of Austria, he is 15 years old and will be making his way stateside next weekend I believe it was, then with the additions of Meeks from JC, and Shutts from Prestonsburg, Paintsville already has a great core, adding these pieces just gives them added depth. They've already got the size with the Woods/Cole combination, great guard play with Lauffer, then Helton is a difference maker on both ends, if coach Slone can get the newcomers to buy in and gel with this experienced core, gotta believe that Paintsville shot straight to the top as the favorites to win the region.

This is setting up to be a really interesting year for Coach Slone. He has always had the starting lineup to compete in the region but little to no depth past the first 5-6. These pieces should really fill out the roster. Shutts, Meeks, Tucker Hale, and an Austrian Foreign Exchange student isn't bad to pair with Lauffer, Woods, Cole, Helton, and Short.
