I honestly think south could win it all. Their coach is top notch and able to make adjustments quickly. South got great one! They’ll be good for years to come. Congrats to the Cardinals!!

South is set up for a big run the next few seasons. Mabe and Messer are only sophomores. the Calle Jones kid is only in the 8th grade and is playing very well. Looks like their reserves are mostly underclassmen and middle school kids.
Looks like South will have a manageable quarterfinal game against either HC, Pineville or Jackson co

Still loaded with young talent if they get a Large transfer that several have talked about or Breitz develops more they can be a state contender the next couple of years. Regardless the next 2 they will be the class of the 13th no question. And they got steal when they hired Winlan, he is a great coach.(02-28-2025, 12:08 AM)shottaker23 Wrote: Skeeter Mabe with the District MVP and the district championship. In the last 6 years they have lost enough talent to have won a regional title with transfers to Bell, Pineville, and Corbin.
