I guess I should say that for what her parents want to accomplish Corbin is the wrong place. Slim chance to win much come tourney time and Zero chance next year. JMO

Did they block him?

To my knowledge yes. He is listed on the roster but hasn’t played yet. Old School redhound have you heard anything about Ellis being released?

Whitley has a nice young team with a great future. They start four sophomores. I don’t know why any player would want to leave when they have what I think is so much upside.

Parents get in the way. Think about the age of SL and what they lost the last couple years. It’s the AAU era

I haven’t talked to them personally but I have watched the way things go in this areas at times especially at Whitley county over the past 10 years or so and I would say it’s more politics get in the way. Too many parents involved. I’ve heard that’s a huge issue at the county. You’ve got the select few parents who are constantly in the coaches ear or actually on the coaching staff and it causes problems.
