Tigers put another running clock on Danville. Ads don't score again until the fourth quarter. This is a second winless regular season for the Danville program.
What most will remember who watched it was the end of the game where both head coaches almost came to blows over a Tigers touchdown as the clock was expiring.

According to the radio broadcast, it seems to stem from Bardstown scoring at the end of the game rather than take a knee with the running clock going (or just not running a play) and then having their players run off the field without shaking hands. It was a chippy game by the midway point so I can't say I was surprised at the post-game idiocy.

Sounds like things are so low in the Danville program. Will it continue?

As to your question, it all depends on what you mean by "it". Do you mean are things being low in the program going to continue, or do you mean will Danville football continue? Both are phenomenal questions. I'd answer the former with a yes, and the latter with maybe.

Well, I just wondered if the team was real young this year and will all be back; maybe sprinkle in a supposed really strong FR class- will the Admirals start the climb back to competitiveness?
I don’t know much about their roster; just their very public struggles as discussed here.

I've heard similar things about a strong FR class. Maybe it will help. I hope it does. Maybe the talent leaves. Maybe they get talent and can improve to almost winning a game. I just don't see a strong turnaround for Danville. Maybe they win a game or two next year. Maybe.

Bardstown being unsportsmanlike seems to be a theme this year, 7on7s, scrimmages, regular season games.

A lot of people seem to have given up on Danville but I'd argue with a good hire they can get this back on track. Enough time has passed since the Clevenger controversy that it's time for a reboot. This team isn't going anywhere under Parks. They haven't shown much progress over the course of the season and they haven't been competitive in a long while. The display of undisciplined football last night spoke volumes. The question is whether Danville's administration and system are willing to put in the time and sacrifices to resurrect the program because there will need to be big concessions to get a quality coach.
At a program like Danville you can't go 0-22 and keep your job. You just can't. If there's not a change, it's done IMO.

Danville should be too proud to keep going down this road. They can find the right person if they put a little effort into the process.
