Blackcats offense continues to roll as they dominate the line of scrimmage and get another huge night from Ethan Jarvis. I think he was right at 200 yards rushing. Blackcats had over 300 yards of offense. Great game from Reece Hamilton, Jon Little, and Dalton Elliott as well. Hats off to the Blackcats offensive line. Nick Porter was a man tonight opening huge holes.

Defensively, Prestonsburg played really well. Held FC to under 200 yards of offense, but special teams give up a touchdown and Pburg had nearly 100 yards in penalties.

Great football game all around. Both teams showed excellent sportsmanship tonight.

Shout out to both Blackcat nation and FC fans as well as the stadium was packed! Football is king in Floyd County folks!

Congratulations to the Blackcats and Coach Brewer, this team has earned every win. I think there was some excellent play calling tonight I have to admit I was sad to see Floyd Central change their offense, but they were clearly very effective. My one true critique was that the Blackcats have got to wrap up when they tackle. Arm tackling killed them all night they met Floyd Central in the backfield but never wrapped up.

Prestonsburg isn't that good. Yeah they are 5-0 but the teams they have beat have a combined record of 5 wins & 18 losses. So don't get too excited.

5-0 sounds good if you are a Blackcat fan. Regardless if their opponents combined win loss record is 5-18, a win is a win. I still question how good this team is, but one thing is for sure, they are winning games they haven't won in the past few years. They are improving, but I hope it's not "fools gold", being 5-0. Offensively, the Blackcats are playing well and they dominated Floyd Central up front. The offense has a good rhythm right now, and the passing game is coming along. Defensively, there is still a lot of work to do. Poor tackling and kids being out of position to make plays. The kickoff team continues to be a headscratcher, by giving up another long td return. All and all, a solid win over another county rival. Hail Blackcats!
