The following football games for next week in Pike County are canceled:
Belfry vs. Pike Central
Hazard at Phelps
East Ridge at West Carter
Shelby Valley at Bath County
Pikeville is idle

Pike County has called off all activities for next week only at this time. Pikeville independent hasn’t. Pikeville will still be attending school on the hybrid in person schedule they are currently using. Pikeville is idle but I believe they are looking for a game.

I hope the voters in school board races in Pike County remember each and every board member that backed this decision come election time. How ignorant are we getting as a society to shut down our lives over a virus with a 99+% survival rate.
