Paducah Tilghman and Union County face off for the 3A District 1 championship this Friday. PT won the regular season matchup 49-13. Can they do it again or will the Braves pull the upset and advance?

Tilghman scored 48 points in the 1st quarter against Webster. Sort of surprised Trigg lost this game with Union; they had been playing better.

Tilghman by 3 TD's but you never know with this team. Really, this is getting some more game experience for Ragsdale, the frosh qb.

Just looking at stats from last night - Darionte Ragsdale the PT freshman qb was 7-12 for 192 yards and three TDs and all that was in the 1st quarter. He seems to be finding his sea legs.

The one-sided outcome that some are predicting speaks more to the relative weakness of the district. What happened to UK, however, is a stark warning anything can happen to anybody on a given night.

The times I have seen Tilghman play this year - they remind me of a Ferrari with bald tires. Much potential and excitement, but kneecapped by shortcomings.
