Again the game hinges on the boards!
Williams, Smith and Shepherd have to rebound well.
Williams has the ability to double double every game but has to be involved in the offense, and finish shots at the backboard.
Smith is double double capable as well and is active on the offensive boards.
Bigs have to stay out of foul trouble.
Knott has the ability to score, but if they go one dimensional and the pg tries to score 25
They can’t beat anybody.
You can’t win when only two players score.
Gotta share the ball.
Need 10+ Pts from Williams and Smith,
And 6-8 from Slone and Shepherd.
Napier will get his and Damron will get his, he doesn’t have to take over the game, he plays better in the flow of the game anyway.

Knox by double digits unless, Damron becomes a pass first guard , as the PG he has to get others involved, especially the freshmen, Slone, Haddix, can shoot the 3 and have shown that, smith can finish at the rim, IF Damron and Napier decide to play team ball this team can be a threat, but I don’t see that happening, so May be a long night for the patriots and fat pat.

According to KHSAA, these two teams met once earlier in the season, during WYMT tournament. Knott won with a score of 68-63. They had McGuire and the Higgins boy then. Knott has home court advantage again, but think they will have a harder time handling Knox without McGuires presence in the middle. Williams will need to step up and catch the ball and finish at the rim. Defense will be key in this game. Knox is a quick team, Knott will need to swing the ball and get defense moving so they can get the ball to the open man. Will this game be broadcast or able to watch online anywhere?
