In case you missed it...The Spurs are NBA Champs
#1
:zzz:With their fourth championship since 1999 -- and third in five years -- the Spurs joined the Boston Celtics, Los Angeles Lakers and Chicago Bulls as the only teams in NBA history to win four titles.

Tony Parker MVP.

We all knew that was coming.

Isn't it funny how the Spurs franchise had never won a NBA Title before 1997. Since then, they've won 4 (1999, 2003, 2005, and 2007). Tim Duncan is, IMO, the best PF in the history of the NBA. He's quiet and he's not all about himself. He knows he has 4 other players on the court with him at all times. You know with him, you'll get a double-double every ngiht. And now with Tony Parker becoming a more consistent PG, not to mention an unstoppable one, and Manu Ginobli, these Spurs could very well be classified as one of the great dynasties. ESPN was talking about great duos: Michael Jordan/Scottie Pippen & Kobe Bryant/Shaq. The Spurs have 3 dynamic duos: Duncan/Parker, Duncan/Ginobli, & Ginobli/Parker. This team is unreal. Hats off to them and the organization. Greg Popovich (sp?) is tremendous coach. Congrats, Spurs, for yet another championship!

Lebron gave the ball up to much and didn't make enough happen. Sometimes he did take over for a few minutes, at which points he looked like the best ever, but he doesn't have that element of clutch or taking over a game.......... YET........ I think it will come, at which point he'll be presented as the best EVER.

This makes me sick to my stomach...I have never like Tim Duncan and never will. He is to much of a sissy and a crybaby, always trying to flop and draw a foul just like Ginobli.

Crap, lol. But props to the Spurs, heck of a team and hard to stop. This is the 2nd dynasty I have seen in my life in the NBA with the Bulls of the 90's and the Spurs now.

LeBron needed to be more "Kobe like" instead of "Magic Johnson like." He doesn't have the players around him to take the pressure off and the Spurs knew that. The only chance the Cavs had was to sink or swim with James taking shots and trying to draw fouls. Cleveland needs to go out and get him some help.

I thought he was already in that category, I'm wondering when he'll be considered as the most TALENTED center in the history of the NBA.

Ok, most TALENTED PF in the history of the game. You can't really put him at one position because he's so versatile.
