What Is Your Favorite Fast Food BurgerJoint?
#1
What is your favorite place to grab a burger. I'm not talking about dairy bars or mom and pop places. I'm talking about fast food kind of like McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King, Hardees, Diary Queen, Sonic. In other words, paces that are common in your region.

I honestly haven't had a burger in close to four years and not because I'm a health nut. In my time though, I have eaten more than my fair share. If I were going to rank the places listed above it would be:

1. Hardee's
2. Wendy's
3. Burger King
4. Dairy Queen
5. Sonic

We don't have a Culver's, but that's my favorite burger to eat.
Second would be Steak and Shake.

Culvers, never had one. I have only had Steak N Shake once and that was in 2001 in Louisville. He just have to be different don't you, Granny Bear.

Next time you're in Lexington, find a Culver's and get their combo. But instead of fries, get their cheese curds.

I didn't know they closed the one in Ashland. I ate at the one in the Hillbilly Mecca a few years ago.

I like Rally's best as well Zaga, but there isn't one close by where I live. They were my official burger when I was going to EKU. The Big Bufford reminded me of a dairy bar burger which I really like.

I love both, but I feel as though Canes takes that one.

I love Burger King, but I had a bad experience with one in Manchester years ago. In 1998 I was driving a rock truck on a surface mine in Jackson County. One Sunday I was driving through Manchester on my way to an old trailer me and a couple guys who worked at the mine shared. I decided to stop at Buger King, and I got four Whoppers. I ate two that night and put two in the fridge for later. That night I got so sick and got absolutely no sleep. The next day at work I told one of the guys about how sick I got from the Whoppers. That night when we got in from work, I threw the other two Whoppers in the microwave and reheated them. My buddy laughed and said surely you're not going to eat those. I ate them anyway. That night, once again, I was up all night puking and what not.

Cane's. Their sauce is the closest thing to authentic Mississippi Comeback Sauce that I have found. If you ever find yourself eating out in Mississippi, try the real thing. They serve Comeback Sauce (or dressing, when served on a salad) with chicken, seafood, fried pickles, Club crackers, and almost anything else that is commonly served with a sauce.
