Final

Surprised by this outcome, especially given that Clay County played North Laurel closer than this before a dominating 12 point win over a six win Redbird squad tonight.

Congrats to Jags.

Jags are hottest team going in the 13th right now. Seem to be clicking on all cylinders.

Impressive. Northâs coach has took a lot of heat the past few years. He deserves a lot of credit because he has this team rolling.

Hopefully he won't hold the ball for the last shot in the arena lol

You are probably right, even though the game last Sat against Rowan Co is a head scratcher for sure. Next friday at South Laurel should be an excellent game.

Is Thacker still at Rowan County? If so, and if I am not mistaken, he used to be an Assistant at South Laurel under Steve Wright (who Sizemore played for) and has historically had success against the Laurel County schools. When he was at Somerset, their 2000 win over South Laurel in the first round of district play might have been the biggest upset of that season.
