Leslie County 71 Knott County 68

Final :Cheerlead

Leslie is very young, and very good.
#3
Knott had 2 starters out and O’Hair was not 100%.
#4
Leslie wasn't 100% either. No excuses, Leslie beat Knott on their home court.

Making no excuse. Leslie won. Who was out for Leslie?

I can't help but respond in this thread. I've been around the game a while and I'm an old popcorn eating, bleacher sitting armchair point guard, but how does Leslie continue to beat people? All we see on here in the early stages is that Leslie lost too much, dont have the pieces, etc. But Collett gets it done.
I tuned in to the HEROES and ICONS to see the KCC/Leslie matchup. At KCC, with the 2 starters they were down, didn't matter much. KCC has the main ingredients there....but...as Fat Pat says WOWZA! Honeycutta might be a HERO to you, but Collett is the ICON!

I agree they are both great coaches, but if you are without 2 starters and one other starter is on one leg and you only lose by 3. Sounds like some pretty good adjustments were made by a pretty good coach. And the girl that is leading the Lady Eagles is a transfer from Knott right? Guess that is how Collett keeps getting it done. Just like everyone else does, getting players from else where. TongueirateSho

I suppose that's where she came from. Hadn't heard of her until she started playing at Leslie. I just like what people say....HAHA This KCC/Leslie battle has become noteworthy.
Anyway, they neither can beat PCC at the end of the year. As for Leslie, there's no transfers this year is there? I think they were all there last year.

Knott also had a key sub out as well.

Mountainballer who was out for Leslie County during this game? You said they wasnt 100%

In my opinion,,,,,,, we missed Harrington, but an even trade with the other guard. Leslie had everybody, but playing North and South back to back might have slowed them down some. Both of these teams are fun to watch.

Both will get better by the end of the year
