Rules Clinic

When will the rules clinic be up? Full pads have begun, scrimmages begin this week and no rules clinic up. What does the KHSAA do all summer? The rules clinic should be up when the dead period ends. Oh, I know they are making a bunch of bs commercials and ads to waste our time while waiting to put the clinic up after school starts. What a joke.

Khsaa website says it will be open on Aug 6th

It is quite funny that their will be scrimmages that will have taken place before the rules clinic is up for 2018.

Does the KHSAA know what rules are?

Same stuff different year! The coaches get fined for not taking it but the REFS don't. Doesn't that make sense. If JT would step away from the buffett long enough he'd have the rules clinic open when pra starts! KHSAA, next to the NCAA is the worse ran organization in the USA.
