Ca anybody help me out on this game with any details? I knew it had to be a bad draw for LC, but I still expected them to pull it out. Just looking at the score it appears Coach Crace did his homework and had an excellent scouting report.

Walks and errors for LC. That was their downfall. Each team had 6 hits, but LC walked 5 and committed 3 errors that led directly to at least 3 of those runs, maybe all 4. Paintsville played great defense and limited their walks. Still a pretty remarkable season for LC considering what they lost from last year. I think the Pike Central or Shelby Valley game results were more shocking than this one. Both Paintsville and LC are very similar to one another.

Good luck Paintsville and JC the rest of the way. I still feel that JC will win it, and could be a lot like last year in the fashion of how they win.
