For a team to be good, a good off season is a key to getting stronger, tougher, and faster.

Hows it been going for the Blackcats? Havn't been to school to find out anything. I know some of them are going to Football practice then to Track practice after that.

Definitely, a good offseason will generally equal a good team. The one who works the hardest in the offseason is the one who will receive the most payback from it during the season.
"Train like a warrior. Because there is no offseason. Smile through the pain because there is no quit. Increase your strengths and eliminate weakness. Because champions arent born. They're built. Next season starts now

My son has given up sodas, started running indoor track.
i know it doesn't sound much like an off season workout, but since doing this he has grown almost 2 inches and gained around 12 pounds of lean muscle.
