I remember days when Owsley county was very respectable. its like they've just let their program go. Need to try to get their program back on track somehow.

Owsley's enrollment is down from what it was back in the '80s and '90s. I think it's 9-12 enrollment is now under 200. So they've got approximately 100 boys to mold a team from. Small schools are going to go through bad cycles in basketball and good ones. From what I hear the future looks like an "up" cycle, with good youth programs in the elementary and middle grades.
