The Lady Owls traveled to Knott County to play the Cordia Lady Lions for their first game of 2007. This was their first game since winning the Whitaker Bank Classic at Wolfe County on December 23. The Lady Owls overcame a sluggish start and a hot shooting Cordia team to record their 9th win of the season by a score of Owsley 63 â Cordia 55.

This was an interesting game. Cordia came out really hot, fireing three after three. Owsley finally got back in their grove around the 3rd and 4th quarters by starting moving the ball around really well and making smart decisions. Good win for the Lady Owls. :thumpsup: :Cheerlead

well, half of my prediction came true, cordia came out hot but they couldnt hold on to the game. but 6 3's is good, but a win is better congrats to the lady owls
