They're not using tax money, and the wifi is primarily for the media. Plus it's 2015. Wifi isn't exactly a luxury these days. Glad to have these much needed changes.

I hope your right about using private funds, but I doubt it we can't build a dog house in this state without using tax money. And if the media needs wifi let them put it in. In my business whatever I need I have to pay up. I don't have a problem letting them pay for whatever they need.
