Fatpat you are right, our varsity has played you twice and I don't recall Coach Honeycutt going deeper than seven, but he knows his team better than we do.

Way to go stamper. As long as that keep the "CHICKEN" poop out of ones ear, this team can go to state. The 7th grader is a good player but the two that should have gotten the playing time in the varsity game is the smith girl and the other Higgins girl. Those two are the main two carrying thejv team but do not get playing time on the varsity team. Maybe their parents need to call LCC and maybe they will get some playing time too.

Hey Triple Double, is the chicken poop referring to ??? I agree that Smith and Higgins should get some variety time. But I feel what makes the KCC team is Waugh. The chicken poop seems to be working. Isn't Waugh the top scorer in every game????

PatFathful one minute someone says the Higgins girls is what make the team and another may feel the Waugh girl is what makes the team and this struggle shows on the court. What makes the lady pats are all 13 girls they have on the team. It us not all about points nd no Waugh is not the leading scorer. It is about rebounds assist steals deflections defense and point to make the game. I was not saying that waugh is chicken poop but sometimes people encourage players not to be team players with the po pthat person feeds them. It takes the 5 that is on the court at that time. The patriots does not have team full onestar they have team full and they need to work together all the time.

If the girls had as much drama as the parents seem to have they would never win a game. Keep playing hard girls and the wins will keep coming. Love the sport hate the drama. Coach Honeycutt has done a great job this year. Pretty sure the coach wants to win every game no matter who is on the floor.

So true. All 15+ on this team can play. Coach Honeycutt cares about all these girls. The jv team is also the freshman team. I bet the freshmans on Kcc teams have played more games than all the varsity teams in this region. Why is that? To get them game experience. All the players support each other and that is a fact.

Lexi Slone and Camryn Thornsberry are returning varsity players I guess that's why they get the minutes and IMHO they do a great job and deserve their time. I don't think Honeycutt really cares who carries the jv team. I do think the Smith girl has really turned it on though and deserves a look.

This thread is all about complaining over this one or that one should play. You know your name I don't have to tell you. I wish he would play em all, from top to bottom all the kids are pretty equally talented. As far as vocally hearing a parent complain I've not. I based my comment from this thread. You know as well as I do it's more than likely a parent or family member posting playing time complaints on here. I've only been to 3 games this year I don't know what goes on in Hindman I get on here to get scores and see who played well. But more times than not it's complaining.

From the games I've seen this year and only based on those 3 games I would've put the Smith kid in instead of the young girl. And I didn't say that you had to be on varsity last year to play this year I said maybe that's why he plays who he plays from the bench. They are winning isn't that what matters. I could care less if they play the band members as long as they win.

Not a fan from Knott just a fan of Mountain Basketball but from looking at all the posts sounds like a couple of disgruntled fans are trying to tear this team apart.
