I saw on KHSAA site that Jenkins & Phelps tied 0-0, I thought KHSAA didn't allow ties anymore, does anyone know anything about it?

According to one of Jenkin' s coaches, the score was tied at 0 to 0 when playing conditions would no longer allow the game to continue. Both teams agreed to end the game in a tie.
