but they'll be in the regional tourney while 2 of the top 5 teams in the 15th will be at home. meaning the 57th.

Pikeville is really down this year, injuries to top 2 pitchers has really put them out of regional talk.

Okay Paintsville, LC and JC, surely you don't consider Magoffin or SC in top five or are you expecting one of them will make it. Lol

You will be in the 60th next year so it will be alright!

why not sheldon clark? they have beaten P-burg and Pikeville. Belfry would be #4 and SCHS would be #5. lc, jc, and paintsville would be #1-3 at the top. so that is 4 out of the top 5 in the region.

us moving to the 60th has nothing to do with pikeville not having to worry year in year out about making it to the region. it's a cakewalk. nothing bad towards pikeville, but you have to admit it is much easier than the 57th.

SC has lost 7 of the last 8, AC would have to be their. Nobody argued Pikeville doesn't have an easier route, however if they were in the 57 th the last few years they would have been fine.

Over the last couple weeks I've finally had the chance to see a few games. The top 3 in the region are a Paintsville, Lawrence CO and JC in that order. Keep in mind that is my opinion based on limited observation and looking at scores. The next group of three is led by Belfry and Allen Central with Sheldon Clark a close third. After that it's a toss up. Prestonsburg and Pikeville seem to be improving. I think the region is wide open. Where is the region tournament this year?

SC just got beat by Moagoffin Co tonight.

I also want to say that the Region may be at Sheldon Clark .
