Word is that Mike Settles is stepping down as the head coach at Lincoln County to take a position at Boyle County under Chuck Smith. Thoughts?

If he gets a good teaching job at Boyle, it makes all the sense in the world.

Head Coach salary isn't enough to mean much IMO compared to being close to home/in a position you enjoy, etc.
