I have to put Scott Shannon in there. He's one of the best I have seen. Although with who I heard was going to the regional tournament, it's beyond belief how the ratings are done and decided. Some of the worst officials around heading to do region.

You have "Walking" Wendell Wallen ahead of both Halls? No way this list is close to the rating system. The most important thing about officials is consistency IMO. Dale Conn is one of the least consistent of the bunch. Let them play or call it close, players and coaches will adapt either way. Dale is notorious for calling one way one half then flip flopping the next.

Overall 15th region officials are down as a group, but I think the same could be said state wide outside of the major metropolitan areas. (Lexington, Louisville, Covington, and Bowling Green)

Id have to disagree. Dale is one of the best, along with Mike Hall
and Tyrone Fields. Those three are by far the best I think. Jimmy, Derrick and Jonathan are other good officials

Tyrone is a personal preference. Id have to see some faces, but I do know that Dale Conn is the worst.

I really think 15th region officials are way down this year . No consistency. I wouldn't have their job but if they are going to do it then they should be consistent. I've seen calls this year that just make you wonder if you are watching the same game they are. It seems a few just want to be noticed. Which is the last thing that should happen.

How in the world did mike hall get selected to call another state tournament?? I was at the last state tournament when he called and he got booed out of Rupp Arena. I think Dale Conn is a good ref and deserves a chance to call in state tournament. I guess politics plays a part of selecting officials for state tournament. I watch a lot of high school basketball and Mr. Conn is the 15th region best and he is fair.

"Fans" have no idea how much information there is to know. Between the Rule Book & Case Manual, I would say 90% of the "Fan" population have no clue.
