Chicago Bears head coach Marc Trestman reiterated after Monday's 45-28 victory against the Dallas Cowboys that quarterback Jay Cutler will return to the starting lineup when he receives medical clearance from the team's doctors.

I would stick with McCown with how he has been playing. I expect him to be the starter for the Browns game.
