Two programs with huge fan bases and feeder programs open within two weeks.

Sucks for Ryle. Really reduces the candidate pool and it will be tough to get someone to commit if they are under consideration for HHS. I sense the HHS position will close quickly as they appear to have an internal candidate groomed for the job.

I would be shocked if the Highlands gig is open... don't think this goes down without the Birds already having an exit strategy in place
