I think that Brian said it was because they could go weeks without change in the top 5 but with 5 more added you will see at least some changes at the bottom.

I wonder how far Belfry and Breathitt will drop after the losses this week? Or do you all think they will stay the same..

IMO P-burg should be in front of SL and LC, then Belfry will drop.

I would have Letcher Central on there before I would Hazard or Knox Central. I heard they were 19th in 3A. They have a record of 2-0 and 1-0 in District Play. Knox and Hazard are both 1-1 and Hazard is 0-1 in their region. Well it really aint a big deal yet but if LCC defeats Madison Southern this week I believe they should definately be added.

First of all you have South Laurel who has been killed the first 2 weeks of the season at #5, Prestonsburg who as well is 0-2 at #6, and Hazard at #10 after being blanked by Harlan but Harlan is no where in the top ten. I know WYMT does some wierd stuff with these rankings but are you sure these arent your rankings.

Glad you guys caught that. I was confused myself. No way Hazard would be there, and as far as Lcc, They beat an 0-11 Estill County, and a 2A Pike Central team that was beaten by a 1A school that was shut out by Harlan. Really Lcc has beat no one with any street cred yet. A win against a slightly down madison would help the cause, but still no reason to be invited to the "elite" list. JMO

A 3A Perry Central team, not a 2A Pike Central. But you are right. They have not beaten anyone worth mentioning yet.

I was thinking one thing and typing another. I was thinking about East Ridge being in "The Sports guys" top ten after losing to Pike Central. Thanks for fixin that for me

I would say that they would lose a few spots if they lost, but rankings mean nothing.
