After throwing out the first pitch at Saturday nightâs Miami Marlins game (and delivering a spear the Marlins pitcher) Bill Goldberg took part in a media Q&A session covering a wide range of topics.
When asked about whether he was surpriseasked Goldberg if he was surprised to see Lesnar back with WWE.
âNo, not at all,â said Goldberg. âThe reality is, if youâre a smart businessman, you leave opportunities open. Why wouldnât he come back and capitalize on what he did in UFC and get a 23-day deal for a year? Why wouldnât you do that?â
He was also asked about whether he would be interested in signing a deal with WWE similar to that of Brock Lesnar, where he would only have to work a select number of dates. He replied, âIâd consider something like that, for sure.â
Goldberg said that he currently stays in shape by training Muay Thai three days a week.
