3. Paducah Tilghman- Big rivalry win against the much bigger crosstown nemesis.

4. South Warren- SW served noticed by crushing Warren East

5. Madisonville-North Hokpins- The Maroons make their Power Ranking debut by making short work of Warren Central.

Just Missing:
Caldwell County- Tigers are probably the class of 2A.. their chances to make a move will come soon after a quality win over Christian County

Owensboro Catholic- The Aces look to be a major factor in the 2A picture as well

Henderosn County- Colonels still have questions..but a solid debut
