Well maybe if you understood sports at all, you would get it.
PJ Hariston was suspended from North Carolina for drug abuse FINALLY, but it was after the NCAA let him get away with EVERYTHING. So obviously, the video is about that they will let him be back for when North Carolina plays Kentucky.
If you kept up with your sports, maybe you would know that.
It's making fun of North Carolina. Good gosh people. Can't understand the meaning of the video.

I guess you didn't know that the NCAA president is a graduate of North Carolina either? Hence why North Carolina gets away with everything and PJ Hariston hasn't gotten in trouble yet.
Like the video says.. he's suspended, but they'll let him back just to play Kentucky, because North Carolina will need him.

I do understand sports and I have been aware of what has been happening. Hairston has been in news all offseason for various offenses, such as marijuana possession (not drug abuse big difference), doing 93 in a 65 zone, and something about a rental car. His stupidity bears nothing with the NCAA (speeding and marijuana possession). That punishment is up to UNC. If something can be proven about the car, the NCAA will get involved. Even knowing his actions, it is just plain dumb.
