Nope. I just understand that we can't automatically lump all middle eastern people with radical muslim terrorists, the same as we can't lump TRT with people like Fred Phelps, although there are some striking similarities. TRT loves to lump middle easterners, and muslims with radical terroists. What if we lumped all Christians with radical Christians like TRT, or Fred Phelps? It just wouldn't be fair to Christians. What if we lumped all Christians with the puritan killers from the "Salem witch trials"?

Like those of you ilk gone on before, tolerance run amok is the epicenter of their consciousness. The reason for that of course, is because with vanity bursting from every pore, many folks are just not willing to bow to any authority other than their own. That by your own admission is mostly what you care about, these social issues.

Hell, if we are just going to pull one year out, why do't you just not post? Since 1982 there have been 62 mass shootings. 44 of the killers were white males. One was a woman. I'm sure you can figure out the rest from there. One year? nicker: You conservatives never cease to amaze me with your partial truths. Plus, we are talking about mass murder, and you knew this.

While the majority of all violent crimes are perpetuated by men, American mass murders in particular seem to be the territory of white men. The Encyclopedia of Murder and Violent Crime writes that, “Compared with assailants who kill but one victim, mass murderers are overwhelmingly likely to be male, [and] are far more likely to be white,” and the numbers prove it. According to Wikipedia, 75% of the rampage killings on US record were perpetrated by white males, as were 71% of massacres in schools, and 60% of workplace rampages – a seriously disproportionate number for the number of white males that make up the general population. Clearly, there is more at play here than the advantage of opportunity.

Historically, the focus on serial killers and mass murderers has been on the individual motives for the crimes, and little on the overarching trend. It’s plausible that the elevated social status of white males combined with isolation, desperation, opportunity, and mental illness has led the white men who have gone on rampages to make their pain felt by those around them in a very violent way.

Of course, it isn’t just male privilege that makes men more prone to violent crime than their female counterparts. From the time they are toddlers, men are socialized to express their emotions through violence. Western culture – and especially American culture – teaches boys that emotional intelligence and expression is worthless and effeminate, and that the acceptable masculine response to anger, sadness, and/or frustration is to act out physically. If this mentality is particularly deeply rooted in an individual man, he may find it incredibly difficult to form an emotional support system, leading to more self-inflicted and outwardly motivated violence among men.

And, if Joe had the mind of a rabbit he would have known two brothers on welfare couldn't finance enough fire power to kill and maim hundreds on the heels of a six month trip to Russia. Not to mention there was another attack on NY times square pending and already financed. Want to take a shot at explaining any of that?

You shouldn't jump to conclusions until the evidence is in. NY was planned, bombs built(how much could it cost to make a homemade pressure cooker bomb with the pot, bb's, and gun fireworks powder?) but nothing is said of being financed. Do you always just make stuff up, and claim it fact?

Check the population density of white's to any other ethnicity. There are far more whites. That is a fact that is, well....common sense. So of course there are going to be more mass murders by whites.

We would have a lot less Arabic mass murders if we just....do I even need to say it?
