Each year I compile my list of the top 10 programs by Sweet 16 wins over the past 20 years. In a 20 year period there has been a total of 300 Sweet 16 games played. After this week's Sweet 16 the updated list is:

#1. Scott County. 22 Wins.
#2. Ballard passes Mason Co to become #2 with 17 wins.
#3. Mason County slips to #3 with 15 wins.
#4. Warren Central and Lexington Catholic are tied for #4 with 12 wins.
#6. Paintsville, PRP and Holmes are tied for #6 with 10 wins each.
#9. Eastern comes in at #9 with 8 wins.
#10. South Laurel barely hangs on the #10 spot with 7 wins.
Programs knocking on the door of the top 10 are Madison Central, Male and Paducah Tilgman with 6 wins each.
