I have no problem with you supporting your team, but this statement is crazy. Not saying it would happen, but if Middlesboro scores 86 points in this game it wouldn't matter about foul trouble. Corbin thought the same thing. They beat them pretty easy during the regular season also.

Clay and Corbin are opposite kinds of teams, in a way. Clay is MUCH more physical, and will battle for rebounds better than Corbin did. Last night, Middlesboro closed a large deficit with hustle and heart.

Corbin is a physical team, they got called for fouls all night long that they normally don't get called for. The one guy they needed to be physical was not, and that was Igo. He was pushed out away from the basket all night, and although scored some it was a night they needed him to be "the Man" and he was not. The Goins kid tried to step up and hit some big threes but they did not have anyone else who could score enough to get them back in the game. Corbin had it tied and could have taken the lead but had a turnover and a missed shot. If they had gotten the lead with under two minutes to go they could have pulled it out and let the Jackets foul them but could never get the lead.
This is where getting the benefit of all those calls in region all season long puts the Hounds at a disadvantage. They are used to doing certain things and getting away with it and when faced with not being able to do those things they have no game to fall back on, which was the case tonight.

WBA, Clay obliverated Middlesboro at Middlesboro. Yes I know it is tournament time but lets be real. If Clay plays like they did against BVille it will be another blowout. Clay is notorious for letting teams hang around though, so we will see.

Good season for the Hounds. They have overachieved this year.

If what you say is true, then why has Corbin won more games in the 13th region tournament over the past 10 years than any other team? The last two years, they actually were beaten by teams that were much more physical than they were.
Corbin is actually not very physical this year, but I will say that the emphasis to cut down on rough play that was mandated, was good for Corbin this year. Corbin's only size is Igo, and it is just not in his personality to be very rough. Grubb plays pretty physical for his size, but that's about it from what I have seen.

I am not saying that it will not be a blowout. Just saying if Middlesboro scores 86 points again it will be close. I know Clay is better on the defensive side of the ball and more physical than Corbin, but I can see Middlesboro keep it close if they are hitting the 3 and FT.
