As a fan in the 15th I really don't care if the 14th is loaded or not. I wish all their teams the best, but everyone knows it really only one of four teams likely to win, PCC, Knott, Hazard maybe Cordia. As far as excitement goes, the 15th is better, the region could legitimately be won by 1 of 8 to 9 teams. JC prob favorite, but with or without Hall they are still very beatable, any of the the 5 teams in the 57th could win it. I am not saying any team as good as top in 14th, but as far as fan excitement, other than maybe the companionship game the 15th will be by far more entertaining then the 14th.
