Well oops. Didn't see this result before posting on the Russell/Garrard Co. predictions thread.
This is an impressive win as Madison Southern has done some good things this season.

Great win for Garrard on Senior Night! The defense really played well, kept Harris in check all night long...don't think he even finished the game on the field. The offense controlled the clock and at up some serious clock and got the job done.
Garrard heads to Russell with some very good momentum, looking forward to this coming Friday @ Henry R. Evans Stadium.....

Congrats to Garrard County.

Garrard County is better than I thought they were. I thought they were good but M.S. has some real athletes that are tough to stop.

Congrats to Coach S and the Lions. GC did what they had to do and kept the MS OFF off the field. Keeping the most dangerous man (#34) in KY off the field. That being said, MS has to learn to win the the close games. That is 3 one point L's for MS this year.
Good luck to GC the rest of the season.

This game surprised me. Keeping Harris in check is a tough task.

Garrard has seen both Harris and Hopkins. Who is better?
10-27-2012, 11:25 AM
Right now Hopkins is better. When Harris is a senior he will be better. Harris balance and straight speed is outstanding. Hopkins is more shifty and a better back right now.

Seeing them both to....KH has a better Oline in front of him. Harris will be better then KH.

Have to say Hopkins is a better back. Harris has good North to South speed,
but seems to be learning how to read the field. He's tough to bring down
when he gets momentum. Hopkins comes out of the gate with momentum
and reads the field very well. That being said, Harris will be a monster by his
Senior year and has the potential to be a Mr. Football candidate.
