Yeah one of the Ky counties I think it was Clay was 2nd in the nation I belive !

Oldham County has a very low poverty rate, and a median household income of over $63,000 which is amazing...

Inez was actually the poorest white city in America in the 1960's. Some of the older folks in Martin County might recall President Lyndon Baines Johnson visiting here in the late 60's.

West Liberty includes the prison. I dont know about Wheelwright.

The population sign in WL says 3,200. lol

I believe 1,700 is on the hill.. lol
