First off congrats to Pike Central. A lot of youth that is gonna pay off in the year's to come on this Hawk football team. Although I am glad that the hawks won the game, was their really any doubt that they would? I would love to see the format of the Pike County bowl change next season and for the year's to come. I would love to see Pikeville vs. Pike central as a game then Shelby Valley vs East Ridge also Belfry vs maybe Johnson Central as a game. Then Phelps vs maybe Paintsville so that Phelps would have a good competitive game against a single A foe. It sure would be great for all of the teams as the fan's would pack the stands and the concessions would make out great and all the games would be very entertaining. I dunno maybe its a dumb idea. Its just a lil dream of mine.

I think the Pike County Bowl needs to change to a three day format (Thur-Sat) and let all of the county teams play against another team from the state or one of the surrounding states.
